Great deal for a studio ocean front unit for week 32. Due to personal reason, I cannot use this timeshare and I would like to deed it over to someone who can. It was a gift to me and I am going to pay it forward. Zero dollars is the asking price. All you will need to do is pay registering the Quick Claim deed and register the unit in your name with LaCosta. I am also paying this year’s maintenance fee.



I want to give current owners first chance but if nobody wants it, I will list on Facebook marketplace for my area. I will be listing on Facebook December 1, so you have a few days to think about it.
