I will sign over my timeshare unit to someone willing to pay the legal transfer/deed fee to record the deed ($11 with the County) and register with the resort. It is completely paid and no late due/charges against the unit. I am not able to make use of the unit. This is a studio located in the tower with a beach front deck. This will be a Quick Claim deed to transfer the timeshare, again you just have to pay the fees the transfer to register with the resort. Just contact me or have your attorney contact me and make the arrangements. I will go ahead and pay this year's fee just so that will be taken care of. You can send me an email at kelley.moore@ymail.com

You don’t need an attorney. A Quitclaim deed signed and notarized with a check for ?? $11 is all you need to transfer the deed. Then you send the completed deed and check to Broward county so they can register it. The new owner must then send a check to Capital ( SPM) to register the unit in their name.

Thanks for the information. I know what the laws are in Tennessee but not in Florida.
